About the Candid Street Pictures

.
.
Most of the street photography is done with the Nikon digital systems and Lexar pro media card. Done extensively over San Francisco, this gallery also derives many of the images from the projects and documentary work in the city. This includes the various street fairs and cultural events in the city.
.
.
The images attempt to bring out the essential life and spirit of the city, it’s people and the culture. Having photographed many of the people over and over again, I have come to know many of the hearts and the minds behind them. Many have become friends and many have shown me some new meanings of life.
.
.
Busking is a very unique trait of San Francisco. Although a I have dedicated a two years’ project to document them, I am sure there are many more who I could not meet. The amazing experience, San Francisco Street Musicians will be published as a coffee table book shortly to bring these talented street musicians of San Francisco to a broader audience.
